The house is located in the medieval village of Triora nestling deep in the heart of West Liguria.
Known as `the witches` village`, because of the famous trials held here by the Inquisition between 1587 and 1589, Triora has a centuries old connections with the Terra Brigasca (Tera Brigasca in the local dialect, Pays Brigasque in French); for this reason, the village is also associated with the Provençal Nice airport is distant approximately 80 km.
The village, built on a slope facing south, enjoys long hours of sunshine and is not affected by the thermal inversion of the valley floor. Besides, the high mountain range of the Mediterranean Alps, with its peaks towering above 2000m, seals the upper end of the Argentina Valley, sheltering it from the northernly winds.
The area surrounding the village is almost entirely covered in woods and is the rambler`s and naturalist`s Paradise.

The house is detached, built in the middle of the nineties, of stone and timber with a slate roof. It has three floors, comprised of:
Ground floor: lounge with a beautiful stone fireplace, kitchenette, and a bathroom with full bath.
First floor: - bathroom with shower, two large double bedrooms , one with a terrace and private entrance from Via Poggio.
Second floor - lounge with kitchenette, adjoining bathroom with full bath, loft, and a terrace overlooking the breathtaking view of the valley.
The outside area in front of the house is shared with the next door neighbour, the garden belong to the B&B and a piece on the left side is set aside for the use of the B&B. The garden outside is an excellent area for eating, relaxing and admiring the beautiful view.
The house is currently in use as a B&B. It comes completely furnished including all B&B necessities.
It has double access, two heating systems (built in two thousand-eight), two kitchenettes, and a bathroom on each floor...so it would be easy to divide the house into two, or less easy three, separate living areas.
